Crummock’s international business began in the Oil and Gas sector in West Africa.  We surveyed and priced the refurbishment of multi-floor accommodation modules on an FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading) vessel and a TLP (Tension Legged Platform).  Having won and successfully delivered this initial project led to Crummock being awarded a variety of further contracts and we continue to carry out major works in Equatorial Guinea and Angola for MEGI (Mobil Equatorial Guinea Inc), EEAL (Esso Exploration Angola Ltd.) both affiliates of ExxonMobil and for other companies.

A key to Crummock's success is our UK trained, multi-skilled work squads.  When offshore they can perform a variety of trades, meaning that one or two Crummock men can undertake the tasks normally carried out by 3-5 men.  This saves the vessel having to tie-up accommodation for non-production crew.

Our squads frequently receive unsolicited praise from our customers:

“…Crummock employees have performed all their allotted work to a high standard and in a safe and conscientious manner.  …..we have recognized Michael and Steven and presented them with a safety award approved by the OIM.” – Safety Advisor

“…… upgrade was completed smoothly and safely without any hiccups.  I would like to thank Stevie and his team for an outstanding works with high quality of workmanship.” – OIM
